John Pickering Asbestos Charity

We try to act in a socially responsible way in how we treat our workforce, our clients, and the wider community.

As part of this commitment we donate a percentage of our profits to charities and other organisations that help asbestos sufferers.

We were all partners in the asbestos solicitors John Pickering and Partners LLP which acted for asbestos sufferers from 1979 until 2013.

John Pickering and Partners LLP set up the John Pickering and Partners Charitable Trust. 

From 2008 until 2013 John Pickering and Partners LLP’s solicitors gave 10% of their net annual profits to the John Pickering and Partners Charitable Trust and other good causes.

The John Pickering and Partners Charitable Trust has made donations to charities and other organisations that help asbestos sufferers of over £160,000. 

The original trustees of the John Pickering and Partners Charitable Trust were Carolann Hepworth, Paul Glanville, Ruth Davies, Kevin Johnson and Neil Fisher.

The Asbestos Law Partnership will continue the work of the John Pickering and Partners Charitable Trust and will donate 10% of its profits to good causes including the John Pickering and Partners Charitable Trust.
